1. SPONSOR. This sweepstakes is sponsored by Infinity New England, an independent Infinity: The Game community organization operating in the New England region ("Sponsor"). The Sponsor is not affiliated with Corvus Belli S.L.L. or any of its subsidiaries. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Corvus Belli S.L.L.
2. ELIGIBILITY. The Bay State Showdown Sweepstakes is open to all individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, organizers, judges, and volunteers directly involved in the administration of Bay State Showdown are not eligible to enter. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.
3. REGISTRATION ENTRY PERIODS & ALLOCATION. Entrants may receive sweepstakes entries incidental to their paid registration for the Bay State Showdown event. Registration fees cover the cost of venue access, tournament logistics, and terrain provision; sweepstakes entries are provided purely as a promotional bonus. Tier 1: Entrants who complete paid registration on or before April 1, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time will receive ten (10) sweepstakes entries. Tier 2: Entrants who complete paid registration after April 1, 2026, and on or before May 1, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time will receive five (5) sweepstakes entries. Tier 3: Entrants who complete paid registration after May 1, 2026, and on or before June 1, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time will receive one (1) sweepstakes entry. Registration after June 1, 2026, does not constitute entry into the sweepstakes. Entry allocations are determined solely by the date and time at which registration payment is confirmed. Each individual may receive only one allocation of entries corresponding to the applicable tier at the time of their registration; entry counts are not cumulative across tiers.
4. ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE). No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter this sweepstakes. To enter without registering for the Bay State Showdown event, on a plain 3″ × 5″ index card, legibly handprint or type your first name, last name, complete physical address, city, state, zip code, telephone number (including area code), date of birth, and email address (if any). Mail your completed 3″ × 5″ card in a standard business-size envelope with first-class postage affixed to: Infinity New England Sweepstakes C/O Webway Games, 200 East Main Street, Building 2 Unit E, Marlborough, MA 01752. Each valid mail-in entry will receive one (1) sweepstakes entry. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person and per stamped envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 1, 2026, and received by June 8, 2026, to be eligible. Mechanically reproduced mail-in entries are strictly prohibited. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Official Rules.
5. PRIZE. One (1) professionally painted Carmen & Batard miniature set (Infinity: The Game, Nomads faction) painted by Jason of True Inq. The Sponsor makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality of the prize beyond what is visible in promotional materials. The prize must be claimed in person at the Bay State Showdown event (July 11–12, 2026) in Wakefield, Massachusetts. The event venue is open to the public for prize collection; a paid registration badge is not required to enter the venue lobby or hall to claim the prize. The Sponsor will not ship the prize under any circumstances. Any travel, lodging, or other expenses associated with attending the event to claim the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the selected winner fails to claim the prize by the conclusion of the event on July 12, 2026, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be substituted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION. One (1) winner will be selected by a randomized physical drawing from all eligible entries. The drawing will be conducted live on-site by the Sponsor on July 11, 2026, during the Bay State Showdown event in Wakefield, Massachusetts. All valid entry allocations, including Tier 1, 2, and 3 registration entries and all valid AMOE mail-in entries, will be combined into a single physical drawing pool prior to selection. If the selected winner is present at the time of drawing, the prize will be awarded immediately upon verification of eligibility. If the selected winner is not present at the time of drawing, the Sponsor will attempt to notify the winner via the contact information provided at the time of entry. The prize will be held at the event registration desk through the conclusion of the event on July 12, 2026, at which point any unclaimed prize is automatically forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn from the remaining eligible entries.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the sweepstakes. By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any liability arising in connection with participation or acceptance of the prize. These Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
8. PRACTICAL SUMMARY. Register early for Bay State Showdown (July 11–12, Wakefield, MA) and you are automatically entered to win a professionally painted Carmen & Batard miniature set, painted by Jason at True Inq. The earlier you register, the more entries you receive. The prize will be drawn live on Saturday July 11 and must be claimed in person before the event concludes on Sunday July 12. We will not ship the prize. To enter for free via mail, see Section 4.
